Veterankraft is looking for you as a veteran who wants to work as an operations technician for our client in Gothenburg!

As an operations technician with our client, you will play a central role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-functioning operation of properties. You will work independently to maintain quality and good service in your daily work. The role suits you who thrive in a technical environment, appreciate order and structure, and have an eye for preventing and solving problems before they arise.

About the position

The work includes supervision and maintenance of the properties' operational systems as well as primarily corrective maintenance of heating, ventilation, and control systems. The role also includes responsibility for long-term planned maintenance and continuous work with operation, development, and optimization of the property's technical systems. Furthermore, ongoing improvement work is carried out along with some documentation. The position also involves participation in various customer projects and performing task-based work beyond the existing agreements. An important part of the job is to be an active initiator in the daily work of improving and further developing our delivery, both internally and towards the customer. The position is full-time with immediate start.

Your profile

As a person, you enjoy working independently. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills. You are also service-oriented and have a professional demeanor. We see that you:

• Have many years of life and work experience and want to continue being active in the workforce

• Have education in the field and at least 5 years of experience in property management

• Knowledge of, for example, control and regulation, electricity, HVAC, cooling

• Requirement for a B driver's license

• Desirable with advanced knowledge in ventilation

• Basic IT skills - e.g., Microsoft Office and case management systems

• Are fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form
